All good. It depends on project to project, client to client. My experience was overall good. They also offer 5000 points where we can redeem on MediBuddy web app.
But if you speak about any onshore opportunity, or if you have an offer and disclose it to your manager, they won't consider you for variable pay. So always keep secrets. Don't disclose it unless you really want to leave the company.
Just don't put employees on PIP if they are performing well.
