The company is largely hands-off, allowing you to do your work with little interruption.
Your job isn't secure (I lost my contract to a corporate decision; it had nothing to do with performance).
You don't get good benefits.
If you lose your contract, you are pretty much fired without much ability to get a new contract.
Their communication is dreadful.
