Good company with bad particularities
The company culture is very good. There are several ways to include minorities.
The health plan is the best thing the company offers.
Very low salary, completely out of market standard.
The company, currently (2021), is becoming a stepping stone for employees. That is, the person comes without market experience, learns something within Accenture, and goes to another company to earn more. It has become a paid university.
