Even for regular shift timings, the company provides shuttle service — one of the best facilities offered.

Accenture is truly a great organization, both in terms of projects and work environment.

Any cons generally depend on the policies, benefits, specific team environment, and work-life balance.

However, as I already mentioned the policies and benefits as pros, I personally don’t have any cons to share.

I worked with a team that was extremely supportive and excellent. The team maintained a friendly atmosphere irrespective of age, seniority, or position.

There was no workplace politics — everything was transparent and straightforward.

The culture encouraged continuous learning and personal growth.

Overall, it was a very positive and growth-oriented experience.
