Pros

Good salary and many bonuses.

Cons

Instead of hiring good Software Engineers, they are hiring cheap engineers with huge salaries. As a result, you will find poor engineering practices commonly applied here.

This place is good if you need money more than anything. It is also good if you haven't found which technology you belong to. But if you wish to learn good engineering standards for a specific technology, then this place is definitely not for you.

The leadership doesn't reflect company values. There is a certain leader who puts too much pressure on the team, while he himself does nothing when the client abuses the internal team.

Get prepared to work more than 10 hours a day on client sites. They don't care about COVID-19, nor your family. You won't be given a chance to leave until you leave the company for good. The onboarding process is very painful.

I heard of someone whose salary was not paid in the last two months of her employment. Such actions never exist in the Work Agreement.

Even the recruiter hides the fact that your salary in the Work Agreement is subject to government tax (yet to be deducted).
