But if you are an experienced employee, this company is not yours. Not a family-friendly company, since work-work balance is poor. Best for singles out there.
Toxic work. Once you get promoted, they will provide a bunch of work on day 1 of your promotion.
Increase compensation based on other IT industries.

The interview was good. For the experienced candidate, questions were based on previous work experience, projects, and their role. However, the interview wound up within 45 minutes. I gave answers to all questions nicely and still got rejected.
