Pros

I can learn some profitable skill sets from Accenture, which makes me more marketable if I choose to leave Accenture.

Besides, I can always travel if an out-of-town project picks me, which means I can earn mileage, hotel points, and per diem.

By the way, the training policy is really strict. Let's say if you are an SAP analyst, you won't get SAP training until you are staffed on a SAP project. However, let's flip to the other side of the coin: you won't staff an SAP analyst if he/she never receives training from the vendor, right?

I'll go for some skill sets that give me free training so that I can build up my skill set.

Cons

They always promote folks who are not qualified to be mid or senior management. By the way, they don't give laptops to Solution Workforce resources. Please don't join ATS.
