Nice to have international work experience interacting with international clients and the opportunity to work on advanced and new tools. Company transportation is a big plus.
The HR system is not very transparent. The mentor program is not too useful and seems more of a formality than a useful system to have.
HR management should be made more approachable and responsive, rather than being used for one-way communication only. The appraisal process needs to be revamped. Currently, it is very centralized and doesn't meet the expectations of most employees.
