Decent overall. Work is fine in many projects while too hectic in others.
Work culture and promotions are based on favoritism. If you are not on the favorites list, you will be passed over for good ratings.
Very few good projects exist in Delhi/NCR. If you don't get a project there, then 'bahar jao ya bhaag jao' (leave or run away).
