The salary is paid on time. Some of the colleagues are great.
To increase your salary, you must have an offer from another company. Otherwise, the growth is more like a promise than a fact.
And even if you have an offer from another company, you will be proposed with extraordinary bonuses that imply that you must stay in Accenture for at least another two years. During these two years, you won't be promoted.
My suggestion to people who are about to work in Accenture is to not compromise with working hours: work 8 hours Monday to Friday and then say bye-bye, see you on Monday.
