Pros

Salary is lucrative; however, you must read the cons.

Cons
  1. When you join, you land as part of a huge bench pool, and you will be asked to find a job yourself through networking. No support system will support you.
  2. You will join for a salary but will end at firing risk (especially in the USA).
  3. Please go for an Indian pure play with a few dollars' salary cut, but never join Accenture. Highly insecure environment.
Advice to Management

People managers should be more accountable if somebody is on the pool.

When you hire somebody from the market as a lateral hire, how can they become a non-performer in just a few weeks?

Staffing and deployment mechanisms must be strengthened.

HR leads and people cannot be postmen or paper pushers.
