It sucked big time
Good salary and benefits.
- Very strange colleagues.
- Unprepared management.
- Cheap office.
- You get hired for a role, but you will end up performing something completely different.
- "Accent for feminism," since Accenture is for "Women in IT," female colleagues are allowed to do anything and the male ones have to clean up their mess.
- Unprofessional HR. They are losing your documents, and you will get in trouble that you will have to solve on your own.
They don't listen anyway. That's why I think they need to be removed completely, along with the colleagues that don't bring any value.
