You'll be put in fields in which you're not even interested, like testing, even if you are a developer.
It will force you to relocate if you don't want to.
Respect your employees, even if they are new joiners. Just because a company is paying them a salary doesn't mean the company has bought those employees and they will be treated like a bunch of idiots.
