My experience with the company was good, as I had a very supportive and friendly team.
There is work-life balance, and with the change in performance cycle, your work will not be compared to your peers; rather, that would be based on your actual performance.
Onshore opportunities exist in many projects.
The higher management is easily approachable.
With the change in the performance cycle, whenever you leave this company, your variable for the 3 months you have worked would be gone.
Many times HR makes you serve the entire 3 months of notice period, even when you are on the bench.
And with the current change in performance criteria, if you are not promoted, the increment has decreased drastically, so has the variable, and it is all in the hands of your supervisor and DU lead.
The variable should be based on your utilization, and there should be proper clarification for why it has been deducted.
