I can't think of any other than a nice workspace. The office is nice.
I applied for Android Developer. The job title literally said Android Developer, okay. I was interviewed for an Android Developer. The questions were regarding Android development skills. I got accepted. I was given a training for React.js. I thought they made a mistake, but it turned out they didn't. They said that they don't need an Android Developer anymore. Like, why?! And they said the reason was there would be a project that needed React.js skill. Okay, it's acceptable. I got a free training anyway, gained a new skill. It was completed, and yet, I was assigned into a project as an Automation Engineer. Like, why?! I don't have any experience in testing or automation. And what was the point of giving me React.js training? It is what it is, I guess. After 11 months in that project, I was assigned into a project as MLOps Operation Support. Like, uhh, was this another mistake? Nope. I didn't even know what MLOps was at that time, but I was obliged to adapt, so okay. And that's how random this company is.
No bonus, no raise every year. Health benefits are getting reduced every FY. (I'm an associate, so this may differ for every job level.)
I don't understand what the meaning of having HR here is. To post birthday announcements? They don't help us at all. They don't have any empathy, and they mock us. That's the worst part.
You'll never get promoted no matter how hard you work or how good you are at your job, unless you're well known by your leads and you're also their favorite. I think most companies have this kind of culture. I just didn't expect that this company also has this kind of culture.
They give you false promises. Do not ever believe in their promises. They do that just so you'll stay longer but work harder with the same low salary.
You need to care more about your employees and be more "human".
There are some interviews for fresh graduates before closing. So far, it is quite good, and I think it's still possible. Make sure to learn about your role and the company profile in advance.
There are 4 steps until offering: 1. First round: Coding test using HackerRank. 2. Second and third rounds: Interviews assessing technical skills. 3. Fourth round: SIQ interview. Mostly, the coding test is almost easy, unless you've never done o
First, we do an initial interview, and then a technical interview. There is a difference between what the recruiter says in the initial interview and the reality of the technical test. In the initial interview, the recruiter said it would be in Engli
