If you are buttering up the manager, you will get promotions and a good hike; otherwise, you are going out.
Instead of client appreciations, you can go into PIP (Performance Improvement Plan).
Lots of politics in Accenture; I think it should declare itself a political party.
Please let the policy know to new joiners so that they can raise a grievance when they get a worst rating.
