Your pay doesn't raise as your experience increases.
Too much politics from Indian managers.
Sometimes you feel like you're working for ACN managers more than the end client. You have to do it to survive, as other people do it without any issues.
Give enough importance to ACN contractors, just like your own employees. For your client, ACN contractors are also employees of ACN.
