Pros

Accenture will provide valuable experience at the beginning of your career. In most instances, you'll be able to travel and meet lots of interesting/smart people.

There is a wide variety of projects in both government and private industries. If you work hard, you'll be promoted quickly but will hit a hard ceiling mid-way through your career.

Cons

Training and development of people isn't what it used to be.

Pay is below competitive levels.

Long hours.

The company is constantly changing internal processes, so it can be confusing.

Make sure when you interview for a job that you are aligned to "Consulting" Workforce. The other workforces within the company, "Services", "Solutions", and "Enterprise", are typically treated as lesser than Consulting.

Advice to Management

Think outside the box to retain employees. Do a better job estimating work. Reward employees. Keep developing mid-level team members. Get people home with their families!
