Pros

Process-oriented company.

Good joining package.

Good number of projects.

Cons

Regional politics: Although Accenture advocates for diversity, in India, especially if project managers are from certain locations, particularly Chennai, there will be a majority of employees from that location, which tends to support regional politics.

No HR system: In Accenture, HR is for namesake; they won't help with any employee concerns.

Stressful working culture: Long working hours are normal here. I was working more than 12 hours on a regular basis for my complete tenure. My manager also asked me to support 24/7 with only two members in the team. Management asked team members to be available all the time. If you only work during designated working hours with all dedication, then you are not a good employee, and this will get reflected in your appraisal. Employees are stressed out due to such a working culture. Some senior managers will call you at any time, be it early morning or late night. That brings up a good point about work-life balance. Here, due to this type of work-life balance, I suffered from anxiety for a long time.

The above view is for my project only.

Advice to Management

Think about employee health and family time. Managers work on projects while trying to impress their managers, get work in unrealistic timelines, and pressure employees to get the work done.
