Quick classroom, group, or online trainings/learning. Interaction with the best people from various industries. Very good benefits if you are into flying, staying in hotels, and eating out, etc. Flexibility to choose your manager (career counselor) and change if you don't like him/her.
If flying or driving to clients is not your thing, or you are not willing to put in extra weekly after-hours work and get involved in additional activities, including putting POVs, then you may not like consulting services.
They are knowledgeable and creative folks, and doing an excellent job.
