Pros

A lot of training available for growth. The professional environment allows you to learn a lot about how to behave as well.

Being a big player in the market, the company moves well and offers opportunities to work on cutting-edge technologies.

Being chosen already means being good at your profession. The interviews are not easy; you can tell they are prepared. Definitely an excellent springboard to get known in the market and transition to large clients internally.

Company is well-structured in all aspects. The IT systems for organization are state-of-the-art.

Cons

The "company car" benefit should be taken EXCLUSIVELY if you commit to at least 3 years. If you leave early, a penalty will be applied.

To clarify, the benefit's value is based on your company level. Cars are delivered on average 2 years after ordering.

In case of resignation, the remaining installments are charged to the employee. For example, if after 2 years you finally receive the company car but leave after 1 year, and you had committed to keeping the car for 3 years, you will have a 2-year penalty.

The penalty is calculated based on the monthly installment you paid multiplied by the number of months remaining. In the above case, with 2 years remaining, that's 24 months multiplied by, for example, a €100/month employee contribution.

The car will then be recirculated among staff who need it (who will also pay the installment).

It is used as a deterrent to resignation.

Another disadvantage are the Directors, individuals with innate performance anxiety, ready for almost anything but lacking adequate technical preparation.

The office environment is very formal; I've seen people not speaking for months and sitting next to each other.

I used to come home sad due to the lack of social interaction and the desire for people to get to know each other.

The health insurance is very basic, not competitive with other companies, except perhaps at the managerial level.

I work in smart working, not remote working, meaning you must declare beforehand where you will be working.

Advice to Management

Parlate con i dipendenti e spostate di ruolo i personaggi assurdi messi al comando. Cambiate le regole sulle auto aziendali.
