- Run projects with college freshers with training.
- If you joined as a senior person, you will be stuck doing all types of work.
- No experience senior manager running a project; I doubt they have experience running any project.
- No vision on the project, except project financials.
- Less visibility on end-to-end projects.
- Don't expect any support; you are just a number.
- You are just a body.
- I strongly recommend previous comments.
- If you need to work long-term, don't join this company.
- Stay with what you say while hiring candidates or serving clients.
- Get managers who have the right experience, not just marketers.
