Learned a lot during the stint.
The project management is the worst for the HR project I worked for. There was a lot of politics; people wouldn't be allowed to leave before 10 PM and were made to work even during holidays and weekends. I was even sent an email named "Weekend Warriors." This was their way to encourage people to work during weekends.
When you tried to leave, they would try every tactic, even threatening to cancel your resignation by saying you should rather take a sabbatical. HR was also with the management and never bothered about the employees. This particular project has the highest rate of attrition, thanks to the management.
