Pros

It's easy to be terrible at your job.

Management at least pretends to care about diversity, inclusion, and engagement, though not enough to actually offer support when the time comes.

Cons

It took 10 weeks for Accenture to process my resignation and stop paying me as an active employee, despite me contacting HR more than 10 times.

After finally receiving my ESPP and PTO payout, and sending a check for the remaining amount owed, a large sum of money was withdrawn from my 401k by Accenture. I specifically asked if a withdrawal would be made, and for the umpteenth time was told, "this department doesn't handle that, please call the PeopleLine."

I've spent hours cumulatively on the phone with PeopleLine, and I genuinely wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy.

Accenture will not explain who made the withdrawal, why the withdrawal was made, and they will not send me my final paystubs.

Oh, and Accenture will boast about offering constant career growth opportunities, but you will never get approved to attend trainings of any kind. And getting your TFS to reply to emails? Good luck!

And the promotion process, probably my favorite part. You'll be assigned to a group of people, and a call will take place full of people you've never worked with or under. Only a certain percentage of people from the group can get promoted, regardless of performance, and those that do get promoted all get the exact same compensation increase!
