Salary is only good if you are entry-level. After that, salary is not as competitive as at other big tech names. Few benefits (no Asociación de Empleados, for example).
A very good place, but you have to go the extra mile to retain your skilled personnel, not waiting until the very last minute to try to do something to keep your talent within your company.
