A good company to start in the IT industry. There are tons of free trainings you can sign up for (if you have the time, that is). You will learn a lot.
If you happen to land on a good project, from my experience, usually internal projects, then you are in good hands. Chances are, these projects are non-toxic, and you'll be working with good teammates and leads.
There are bonuses and pay increases based on your performance and project performance by the end of the year. And again, if you get lucky on a project, you'll get a lot of bonuses just by being part of the team.
Not a good place to stay if you started on the lowest level (usually fresh grads or people new to IT). Once you hit a certain level and growth starts to slow down, it's time to find another company.
Tons of workload. Not worth the low salary.
Projects vary. There are projects that can easily promote you and give you a pay raise, while there are others that will never promote you unless you can do the work twice your current level.
Sometimes they will deploy you on a project you have no idea what you're getting yourself into, which is something I really don't like. Mostly external projects are toxic (at least from my experience).
External projects need to be planned out thoroughly, especially start-up projects.
If there's a bad plan and poor management, then it's the employees who will suffer the consequences down the line. Also, be better at understanding your employees. Yes, we're just tools down here, but at least make us feel like we're not.
Overall, I had a good experience with Accenture during the interview process. They were quick in scheduling the interviews and later informed me of the status of my interview. The management team was polite and arranged this process smoothly.
It's better to improve the quality of the interview and ask questions related to professionals. Similarly, ask different questions for freshers and students. Treating professionals like college pass-outs is unacceptable, and there should be some chec
At the beginning of the interview, it began with a quick programming challenge. After that, a general knowledge test with live communication was requested. Then, a QA analysis of the live mobile app was asked through questions.
