If you're a low-level employee, you wouldn't get this review, but if you're someone involved in finances: Accenture and execs get three-quarters of what the client pays. You work for them like a slave, and when shit hits the fan, they'll leave you, even if you are the best employee they have, as long as their cuts were given.
Try to share the money. You get 3/4 of what the client gives or more.
Team building, bonuses, salary increase, any form of repayment.
7/9 execs don't even have client project knowledge, but they earn a whole lot more.
