Great people, Good learning opportunities, Good management which provides honest feedback, Good technology for ICs to contribute towards, Good financial future for the company
Under-resourced, Too many projects and very little time. A clear definition of expectations for the role, right from the get-go, is needed but was lacking from my viewpoint.
A proper delineation of responsibilities and ownership will help in the long run. Please hire more engineers around building up the platform because that team is in dire need (when I left).
PS: Whoever posted the review on June 22, 2023, is pretending to be me and isn't me. I'm writing this review to make sure my true opinion of Acorns is posted.
Someone is posting vile comments pretending to be me. I'm not the kind to do that, nor do I want to burn any bridges. I respect everyone I worked with at Acorns. I have reported that review to Glassdoor, hoping to get it taken down. If it's already gone, then that's great.
