Pros: A lot of talented people. In other companies, I met people that didn't know what they were doing, but not in Adobe Bucharest.
Cons: A bit impersonal. Some managers are not so good with soft skills. Some decisions are rushed. Products can be very different.

Pros: Adobe has a suite of products with great brand recognition.
They're fun to work on.
Cons: Jumping from project to project where the deadline is set without even having defined what the feature set is going to look like.
Cleverly avoids layoffs by having people's positions eliminated, where they now have to find their own next spot inside the company.
