Globalization and Localization Software Engineer Interview Experience - San Jose, California

Process

I was contacted directly by the hiring manager on the first weekend of the month for a senior engineering position that was going to be filled by the end of the month.

I was told how Adobe could expedite the hiring process, with only one remote interview and the background process offered after the remote interview.

After the remote technical interview, the "story" changed totally. I was told there were more "rounds" of interviews.

The whole experience was so weird and deceiving. You should stay far away from this company and this team. People should not feel good, even if they are hired.
