I was contacted by a third-party company to be part of Adobe, as my profile was strong and I had experience with a large organization.
I went for an interview. The interviewer came to reception to receive me. His attitude was pathetic; he didn't even ask my name or introduce himself. He started by saying he hadn't read my resume and that I could introduce myself. He appeared to be from the south. He asked simple questions on hash maps. He was shouting during the interview, showing a pathetic attitude and no interest in hiring me, with his facial gestures and smiling.
His questions:
These questions were asked to a QA with 6 years of experience working for a giant e-commerce company. I then asked how much time the interview would take, as I had to leave soon. To which he replied, "The entire day, you sit." It felt like a slave and master command.
I waited for more than 45 minutes, and no one came. I called HR to ask about the next steps.
Then, a random guy from the south entered the room, asking general questions. He seemed curious to leave Adobe and asked all nonsensical questions.
I was then told to leave, which I was eagerly waiting for. To my shock, as I left, the same first guy was calling me, asking me to come back for a managerial round.
The manager round was just a general discussion. They wanted a candidate as soon as possible. Kindly don't waste your time. If you don't want to hire and don't have the budget, don't waste people's time. Adobe, remove junk people.
