Cons: Sometimes they force you to work overtime.

Cons: Poor Hikes Unimaginable favouritism from hiring to the day-to-day life. Egotistical management. Adobe is a place for which I can clearly say, all that glitters is not gold. Not much innovation at any level. No say for Indian management or employees. The final call is always given from the US. During the hiring process, somebody’s relative or friend is picked irrespective of how good the other candidates are (observed multiple times in the last 5+ years). People who shout get recognition rather than those who actually work. You have to keep smiling and always be ready to say yes to every decision. Managers who literally torture their team members get promoted, and no action is taken against such unethical behaviour even after official complaints (have seen at least 5 such instances and I know names of such people too).

Pros: Good benefits and company culture

Cons: Working culture is now becoming like Meta and Amazon, with micromanagement at its peak.
