I applied through the college portal. I connected directly with the hiring manager and secured a 45-minute interview. Later, HR reached out to discuss my expectations and availability. Since then, there has been silence.
After multiple follow-ups, there's still no sign of a response.
It's a shame for such a large firm to be unprofessional.

Pros: The company provides great benefits, stock options, a flexible schedule, and a diverse and safe environment with good internal opportunities. You can find everything in the company, from legacy codebases to new, fast-paced codebases and transitioning projects.
Cons: Sometimes hectic project management and unrealistic expectations of engineers, with a huge focus on customer satisfaction to the point that it is detrimental to developers, can occur. It depends a lot on a per-project basis, with some projects being better than others.

Pros: Management is very nice.
If you want a relaxed atmosphere, then they generally will be nice to you.
They generally do notice the high performers versus the low ones, and the high performers do get rewarded a lot better.
Cons: Management is very nice.
