The assignment was of average level and focused on UI. However, the face-to-face interview was horrible.

The interviewer arrived 1.5 hours late. During the interview, he took his daily scrum call and then went out to get printouts. This was incredibly unprofessional. I felt like telling him that I came for an interview, not for him to waste my time.

He wasted my time without conducting a proper interview, instead giving me a UI requirement to solve – a task I overheard him discussing with a teammate just before the interview.

For about 70% of the interview time, he was on calls. He then asked me to leave. I left without saying a word.

Unsure why, he later came back and asked me to return. He then asked one of his teammates to conduct another round. When the teammate was hesitant, the interviewer told him to spend just 10 minutes, no more than that, and did so in front of me.

One can only judge the condition of their employees. There is no one to complain to. These people waste others' time and careers. I felt very bad and couldn't imagine such an experience. However, no one is there to listen.

The interviewers had limited knowledge, primarily focused on Adobe CMS. Their questions were specific to their current project, with no understanding of Angular/ReactJS and no interest in hearing about them. Instead, they asked if I knew how to create images using Adobe tools, which makes no sense as developers don't focus on UX tasks.

Overall, the experience was so bad that I will never attend their interview again. I never expected such poor knowledge and behavior from Adobe employees.

Last but not least, Adobe also offers service work. My interview was for a service project, not a product, much like a normal service company, only with the Adobe brand name. I come from a reputed product company and work only on products.

The interviewers seemed to know nothing about product development, only about Adobe Photoshop.

Do not expect any JavaScript or logical questions, as they are not knowledgeable in those areas.
