Pros: Right people doing the right things. A very comfortable place to work. A very good compensation package with a lot of perks.
Cons: It's hard to grow within the company. Also, this year there was no salary review. With the profit-sharing plan also not working this year, it's a significant decrease in total compensation.

Pros: Money and benefits given trumps everything this company could do wrong, given the current world situation.
Products are untouchable on the market, and no one will ever come close in the next decade to break this creative monopoly.
Cons: You are just a little cog. Shut up and dribble, I mean code. You feel depersonalized in the grand scheme of things.
