I received an email from Adobe HR through a job portal regarding a Software Engineer position for White Box Testing. The process included an online round, followed by three technical rounds, and then a Senior Director and HR round.
The online round consisted of seven programming questions and thirteen MCQ questions, all within a one-hour timeframe. It was easy.
After the online round, I received a call from Adobe HR and was invited to the Adobe Bangalore office for the remaining rounds.
I went through three technical rounds, and in each round, they assessed my approach to problem-solving. I was asked two programming questions and two to three puzzles in each round.
Date: 1st May 2016
A Talent Coordinator came and informed me that I would get a call regarding the next round, i.e., a Senior Director round, within 2-3 days.
I kept waiting for the next two weeks, but still, there was no response from HR. I called HR, but he didn't pick up my call. I emailed him and asked about the further process, but he didn't reply. At least they should have let me know regarding my rejection. After being informed about the next round, I did not get any call. I assume the location might have been the problem, but they could have intimated me the same.
This was so unprofessional from the Adobe hiring team, making a candidate wait for an infinite time.
