Process

Interview scheduled through HR.

Firstly, an online test for Aptitude (objective) and Java (subjective) – same as can be found online.

Then, an onsite face-to-face interview in Noida. It took a whole day for three technical rounds:

  • Some basic core Java questions on OOPs.
  • Add two numbers without the '+' operator and with recursion.
  • Small memory but large data – external sorting.
  • Remove all files with a particular extension in Linux.
  • 10 boxes with 10 balls each; 9 have 10g each, and 1 has 9g balls. Identify the box with 9g balls in one electronic weighing.
  • Mirror a binary tree.
  • Abstract classes vs. interfaces.
  • One case study to find all test cases for a system with two internal components. These two components can communicate safely, but one component is being called from outside.

Hope it helps somebody. Thanks.
