Pros: A lot of smart people work here, so there is no shortage of talent and experience to learn from. You get to interact and work with all the stakeholders very closely.
Adobe is great at taking care of its employees. It provides great pay, a good health plan, and regular events to keep everyone interested. There is also freedom to work in the way that pleases you.
Cons: With the inclusion of a lot of new people, Adobe has lowered the standard of people they are hiring. The standard of discussions among peers has reduced a great deal. Apart from this, there is a lot of stagnation in older projects. If you are trapped in one of those, there is no scope of innovation or growth.

Pros: Free lunch and dinner.
Cons: No value for QAE. Manager keeps saying you are not adding any value; you're easily replaceable.
Any contract person can replace you, and blah, blah. I felt like I was being mentally harassed, and no one cares. I had to resign in 9 months without having any offer in my hand.
Managers with a god-father in the company have very good growth, and no actions are taken against them either. I had a very bad experience at Adobe.
