Process
The first round was a phone screen with a recruiter. I felt very optimistic.
This interview primarily asked questions about my current role and experience.
The second round was with the hiring director. They asked similar questions about my experience, and also included behavioral and situational questions.
After this, I was essentially ghosted by the manager and recruiter for a week. I had to keep following up until they informed me that I was no longer in the running.
