Pros: Adobe has a really good life/work balance. Not really forcing you to work really hard, but you have to think.
Cons: You have to pay for meals. Good salad bar though!

Pros: They treat people well and have a lot of good opportunities. I like it, but it's a standard problem for a company that grows and needs more focus on innovation.
Cons: Less focused on innovation than other companies, they are keeping their sacred cows. Downtown San Jose isn't my first choice because of the commute.
