Process

Terrible planning from the recruiting team. The interviewing teams were not very enthusiastic or energetic. Most seemed like they just wanted it to end. Most were rude too.

There were 4 rounds:

  • One recruiter call for background and resume review.
  • A panel interview (3 interviewers) on the same day, covering coding, a hybrid technical/behavioral section, and behavioral questions. There were multiple teams, so for each team, a panel interview was required. Each candidate could be chosen by a maximum of 3 or 4 teams (exact number forgotten).
