It was one of the longest and slowest interview processes. There was a talk with the hiring manager, a phone interview, a take-home assignment, and six total interviews for the onsite. The recruiter was not responsive at all. Most other companies offer a prep call or send information about the company before the onsite. All I received in an email was "good luck." All interviews went well. I solved all coding rounds correctly. After spending so much time, I was rejected with a cold email template.
Most of the team was good to talk to; the rest of them had an "okay" or "not excited for their job" kind of vibe. The experience varies per the team/org, I have heard. I hope yours is better.
