After introducing myself, I was asked some questions about my projects, and other behavioral questions like, "What is the project which you are most proud of?"
Finally, the coding part. It was just a normal LeetCode problem.

Pros: They take care of their employees very well. They hire very intelligent and focused people. Overall culture is good in the company.
Good team parties. Excellent family outings. Good free lunch and dinners in the office.
Cons: Very rigid in terms of profile.
Not enough growth opportunities.
Most ridiculous pay structure. The package looks huge, but the in-hand salary is very less.
High level of politics in the teams on a regional basis. Young managers give preference to their sycophants and to people from their own hometown or state. This affects promotions and salary hikes as well. That is why many people are now moving out of the company.
