Pros: Adobe provides a platform to grow professionally as well as personally.
It has an excellent flexible working hours policy. The salary structure is good, too.
Cons: It's not actually a con, but a real challenge that every employee has to prove their best in terms of handling work pressure and keep on achieving priority goals each time.
