Process
Very chill and easy. I got chances to meet with 4 teams for different roles in a day. It's possible to be accepted by any one of them. But it seems each team only wants 1 or 2 interns, so it is still competitive.

Pros: The company fosters a very inclusive atmosphere and offers plenty of opportunities for its employees. All my managers have been understanding when I have trouble figuring out a tough problem, or if I needed to take time off for personal reasons. When I was split between two different teams, it was my choice as to which one I wanted to work on permanently.
Cons: Like most large companies, things can be slow to come together. People who are used to fast-moving startups where you can throw together a project in a sprint might feel held back.
