Adobe has too many people in the organization who do not contribute to the bottom line, and spend a lot of their working hours coming up with ways to slow down the rest of us. This is probably common at any company that is growing rapidly and trying to do so gracefully.
Streamline the company's processes, outsource business functions such as legal and recruiting, and focus more attention on the huge enterprise software opportunity it has.
