Pros
  1. Few people with good knowledge.
  2. Leave policy.
  3. Flexible work timings, but with long hours.
  4. Good stock options with 4 years vesting.
Cons
  1. Most of the project has an old tech stack, with not much learning.

  2. A few of the senior folks have created dependencies, and there isn't proper context switching.

  3. Avoid Document Cloud. Sometimes there is micromanagement, and since most managers come from a dev background, they give less priority to QE.

  4. Salary: Less than market standards for QE specifically.

  5. Hikes are mostly in the single digits.

  6. In some teams, work-life balance is very poor.

Advice to Management
  1. There is a significant difference between Dev and QE salaries. Kindly revise the QE salary as per market standards.
  2. Instead of Dev managers, there should be a neutral manager.
