One of Adobe's cultural values is respect. Having left the company and worked at other companies, I see that clearly now. Employees and management do treat each other well there. Having been at a variety of other companies, I now realize that is unique.
The company doesn't move as fast as it could.
It benefits from having a monopoly in the graphics tools space, and it has done a great job of capitalizing on that.
