Managers think people through 3rd party payroll are mosquitos. They do whatever they feel like and will throw you out whenever they feel like doing it. There are too many restrictions for 3rd party temps, and you have to struggle a lot. They couldn't care less about temps here. Join if you can as a full-time permanent employee.
