Pros

The people there are nice, down-to-earth, reasonable, and willing to help.

Furthermore, the work is challenging. There is a sense of ownership of the products people work on. They take a great deal of pride in the products. The free water bottles, sodas, and other small perks show the company cares about the employees.

Cons

I found that there was a bit of a disconnect with my manager and I. He took projects at a much higher level than I did. Furthermore, I worked more closely with my co-worker than my manager. I did not get much of a performance review at the end of my employment. Furthermore, I found that it was too easy to get lost in the sea of people and not stand out.

Advice to Management

Senior management is doing great. I like how the stock price does not dominate their thought process. They are focused on the products instead of pleasing Wall Street.
